EMAIL PROBLEMS? We respond to all emails.
Even so, every day we get emails
back labeled "refused" or "unable to deliver" or "mailbox full."
If you do not receive a response from us, here is what has happened:
- AOL users note: Many Internet Service Providers use spam filters which filter out many legitimate emails. MSN and AOL are especially bad about this.
- Check your mailbox to make sure that it is not full. Then empty your trash file and restart your email program. If you don't delete the mail
from your trash folder, quit your email program and restart, your internet service provider will not delete the mail from it's server and your mailbox will still show up as "full".
- Check to make sure you have not blocked our emails yourself. We are always surprised at how often this happens.
- Make sure you typed in your correct email address. Bad addresses account for 20% of our returns.
- If all else fails, please phone us at 513-554-1977, and leave a message. We will call you back!

This site works in most browsers. Some older browsers may have problems using the shopping carts. If you get an error message,
you can simply phone in the order at 513-554-1977. If all our lines are busy, we may not answer right away so please leave a message
and someone will call you back Our email is monitored by two employees from 9am to 6pm EST.
If you need information about your order or about a specific
product, it is better to email us because our staff is already at their workstation
and can instantly access their database, our shipping records, or the website. They can answer your question and email
you a link for a tiara to look at. They can also open photos of your gown that you send us for tiara suggestions.
None of these services work on the phone. If you phone in, you may end up speaking to our web technician or one of our
sales clerks who is not at a workstation. They can take your order but may not have access to other information. Thanks!
