If you need information about your order or about a specific product, it is better to email us because our staff is already at their workstation and can instantly access their database, our shipping records, or the website. They can answer your question and email you a link for a tiara to look at. They can also open photos of your gown that you send us for tiara suggestions. None of these services work on the phone. If you phone in, you may end up speaking to our web technician or one of our sales clerks who is not at a workstation. They can take your order but may not have access to other information. Thanks |
