Muse, silver tone
In Greek Mythology, Muses are a sisterhood of goddesses or spirits, their number set at nine by classical times, who embody the arts and inspire
the creation process with their graces through remembered and improvised song and stage, writing, traditional music and dance. They were water nymphs, associated with the springs of Helicon
and with Pieris, from which they are sometimes called the Pierides. They were the daughters of Zeus, king of the gods, and sang and danced at Olympian festivities.
Be your own muse in this charming and festive comb. This silver toned comb can be worn with any color gown, but looks especially good with white or off-white gowns.
The tiara is 1 1/4 inches at its center peak. A generous hand-woven display of Austrian crystals and Austrian crystal beads decorate this stunning comb. Its decoration spans the entire 5 1/2 inches of the comb.
